Bainmarie heated buffet with LED or infrared upper lighting, structure in laminated wood, available in the colors of our range with contrasting edges. Equipped with Plexyglass® sneezeguard and two front/back folding plate-holders as standard. 2 Heights for the worktop: 70cm or 50cm to make their usage easy for the yougest. Sneezeguards and dish-holders have rounded angles for greater safety. Well 18 cm. deep with drain cock, size 3-4-5-6 GN 1/1. Heating reguulated by a mechanical thermostat (+30°/+90°C) and operating lighting light. The control panel can be equipped with a security door to protect the buttons (OPT. 11-HA). Base with rounded edges and bumpers. Castors Ø 75mm, 2 with brake included.
